Leadership
Mr. Nishanth S, Managing Director, is a distinguished figure with a rich academic and professional background. An alumnus of the University of Westminster in London, he holds a Master of Science in International Business and Marketing, a degree that has profoundly influenced his professional trajectory. His academic journey commenced at Christ University, Bangalore, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, laying a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
His career spans significant roles in both the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, where he has honed his expertise and understanding of diverse business environments. In the pharmaceutical sector, he developed a deep insight into healthcare dynamics, while his experience in manufacturing has equipped him with an acute awareness of industrial operations and management strategies.
This blend of academic excellence and practical experience uniquely positions him to lead and develop the National Public School. He is deeply committed to nurturing young minds and fostering an environment that encourages learning, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence. The school community eagerly anticipates his contributions and leadership in shaping a vibrant and successful educational journey for students, staff, and parents alike.
Mrs. Shobhana Prabhakaran, a seasoned educationist, was the Founder Principal of National Hill View Public School (CBSE) in Bangalore from 2013 to 2022. With an illustrious career, she has made significant contributions to prestigious institutions such as Ursuline Convent Senior Secondary School (CBSE) in Kannur, Vidyaniketan School (ICSE) in Hebbal, The International School Bangalore (TISB), and held leadership roles as the Principal of National Centre For Excellence Senior Secondary School and Director of Early Foundation Preschool, Malleshpalya.
With nearly three decades of experience in the education sector, Mrs. Prabhakaran’s distinctive approach is rooted in a strong Montessori background. She successfully integrated Montessori methods and values into the curriculum across all levels. Her passion for theatre and cultural activities has earned her widespread recognition.
Mrs. Prabhakaran champions a positive and communicative environment within educational institutions. She places great emphasis on self-directed learning, fostering independence in students and facilitating an atmosphere conducive to open dialogue among staff, students, and parents. Her core belief is in recognising and nurturing each child’s unique potential, laying the foundation for their success in the future.
As a role model, mentor, and dedicated teacher, Mrs. Shobhana Prabhakaran has left an indelible legacy in the schools she has been associated with, embodying the values of excellence, innovation, and student-centric education.
